Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of wyn8 is lawful in their jurisdiction. wyn8 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wyn8 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. wyn8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to wyn8 support immediately.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in their wyn8 account or any associated funds. Any attempt to transfer an account will render the account subject to immediate suspension.
wyn8 may require KYC verification at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at wyn8's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions and delayed or refused withdrawals.
wyn8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), Visa/Mastercard, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks), and Bitcoin. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or converted to MYR equivalent at wyn8's prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. wyn8 reserves the right to amend these minimum thresholds at any time with notice published on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. wyn8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. wyn8 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method previously used for deposit by the Member, or to a method verified as belonging to the Member during KYC. wyn8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory KYC verification or resolution of any ongoing security review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wyn8 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated in the individual promotion terms. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified include: (a) bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before transfer to withdrawable balance; (b) wagering requirements must be met within the validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will expire; (c) maximum bet while using bonus funds is RM 20 per spin or hand unless a lower limit is stated.
wyn8 reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus in cases where wyn8 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal house edge exposure, and use of promotional funds in excluded games.
wyn8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the published date and apply to new bonus activations. Bonuses already in active wagering progress at the time of amendment are not affected.
All games offered on the wyn8 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to that specific game. wyn8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited for fairness. wyn8 reserves the right to void any wager placed under erroneous odds, where a technical error affects game outcome, or where a wager was placed in a manner that exploits a software malfunction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wyn8 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:
All content on the wyn8 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface designs, is the property of wyn8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wyn8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other cause beyond wyn8's direct control.
wyn8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wyn8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the Platform is at the Member's sole risk.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. wyn8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
